Responsibility

Drivers are responsible for:

• Goods while in transit
• Communication with customers
• Accurate delivery updates

Payments

• Earnings may be commission-based
• Payments processed periodically
• Deductions may apply (e.g., platform fees)

Prohibited Conduct

Drivers must not:

• Tamper with goods
• Engage in fraud
• Cancel jobs without valid reason

Termination

Accounts may be suspended for misconduct or violations.
