Vendors agree to:

• Provide accurate product/service information
• Fulfill orders on time
• Ensure goods comply with Nigerian laws

Commission

Crepsplug may charge:

• Commission per transaction
• Listing or service fees

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are fully responsible for:

• Product quality
• Pricing accuracy
• Customer complaints related to goods

Prohibited Activities

Vendors must not:

• Sell illegal or restricted goods
• Mislead customers
• Cancel confirmed orders without reason

Suspension

Crepsplug may suspend vendors for:

• Fraud
• Poor service
• Policy violations
